Tasting note

Sight: Clean and bright, golden yellow, with a sensation of consistency in its movement in the glass and with a dense tear. Nose: Good intensity, frank, complex, with some notes vi-nosas, subtle toasted, dried fruit, yeast, and an evolution in the glass that leads to more sweet tones, sweet spices and balsamic. Mouth: The entire trajectory of the wine in the mouth gives us a clear sense of unctuousness, volume, and structure, of correct acidity and a bitter point that makes the end of the mouth have a greater memory. In short, it is a wine with an unusual selection of varieties and a measured step by barrel; what has given it special qualities that are transmitted to those who drink it in all facets of the tasting, but especially in the gustatory phase since that is where it shows us that a white wine can have so many values that allow it to so to accompany the dishes at the table with good consistency. It is very important to control the temperature of consumption.
